You're pregnant, and now it's time to deliver your baby. HOLD Space or the Mouse Button to hit the target on the push meter. Watch yourself, as the progress as you'll either have your baby or won't.

This gameplay was inspired by the fishing in Stardew Valley, so if you've played that before, you'll know how this works.
